What I build
What I build.
Four things a business really needs. You do not have to know what any of it is called. You only have to know what gets in your way every week.
The website itself
For anyone who wants to be found
- Home page, subpages and contact under one roof
- Photographs from the same hand, I shoot them myself
- A second language, both versions kept up to date
- On a phone exactly as good as on a desktop
Appointments and reservations
For practices, law firms, restaurants, workshops, studios
- Your customers pick a time, blocked slots are really blocked
- A reminder beforehand, which measurably reduces no-shows
- Admission with a guest list, ticked off at the door
- You see every booking the moment it happens
Ordering and payment
For shops, makers and organisers
- Cart, shipping costs, checkout, confirmation
- Card payment through a provider that settles directly with you
- Vouchers, tickets and pre-orders work the same way
- Orders land in your own list, not in someone else’s portal
Work that costs you time
For anyone retyping the same thing every week
- Forms, handovers and reminders run by themselves
- A protected area for customers or staff
- A screen in the room that works without internet on site
- Photos your customers download without an account
What I do not do
Large portals with many thousand articles, native apps for the app stores and anything that needs a whole team. No tricks to push a page higher up Google than it deserves either. If your request comes down to that, I will say so in the first conversation and point you to someone who does exactly that.
If none of it fits, just write and tell me what keeps piling up. Most of the time it can be built.
