There are two numbers: one for building it and one monthly for running it. How high the first one is depends on the scope. A site with appointment booking is a different thing from a shop.

There is a calculator on the home page that gives you a ballpark figure before you talk to me. The number becomes binding after the conversation, in writing.

From the go-ahead to the first running version usually two to three weeks. To going live it depends on how quickly your texts and photos arrive.

If it is urgent, tell me in the first conversation. Some things are possible in a few days.

Yes. The domain is in your name, the content is yours, and you get the source code if you want it.

You are not tied to me. If you ever want someone else, I hand everything over properly and will not stand in the way.

The site keeps running without me. It does not sit on a computer at my home but on a network with over 300 locations.

For changes I am usually reachable the same day. If I am away longer, I say so in advance.

Not necessarily. Sometimes it is enough to add what is missing, appointment booking for example.

If a new site is worth more, I say so openly and explain why. Your old site stays reachable until the new one is up.

No. You do not have to install any software or create any account.

You can change texts, prices and opening hours yourself. If you would rather not, write me one sentence and I do it.

A website builder is no longer automatically slow, the big providers have caught up there. The difference is elsewhere.

There you keep paying every month just to stay online, and you work inside what the builder allows. Anything beyond that is not possible. Here what you need gets built.

Your site sets no advertising cookies and does not track what your visitors do. That removes the largest part of the problem.

I build in the legal notice and the privacy policy. That is not legal advice, and in tricky cases I will tell you that a lawyer should look over it.

Yes. You change texts, prices, opening hours and photos in a simple form. One hour of training is enough, then you get a guide written in your words, not in jargon.

The monthly fee then gets smaller: it only covers hosting and security. I would not drop it entirely, because encryption, backups and overload protection keep running even when nobody is watching.

There is no open login screen and no third-party code on the page. That removes the way most websites are attacked.
